Handpicked villas, twenty-two years on one island
1.

Personally inspected

We have stood in every house we let. No franchise listings, no photographs we haven't taken ourselves, no surprises on arrival.

2.

Sicilian, not remote

Our team lives on the island. They know which beach is empty in August, which trattoria to book, and who to call when the water pump goes.

3.

We answer the phone

One person looks after your booking from first email to final morning. Private chefs, transfers, boat days — arranged before you land.

Discover the Plemmirio

Beyond Syracuse, the coast breaks into a marine reserve of limestone shelves and impossible water. Ortigia is fifteen minutes behind you; in front, nothing but the Ionian. Our sea-front houses here are the ones we are asked about first, and the ones that go earliest.

Taormina, with Etna behind

The most photographed corner of Sicily, and still worth it. Greek theatre at dusk, the volcano smoking above the terrace, Letojanni's beach clubs a short drive down the hill. Best for groups who want a town they can walk into after dinner.

Trapani and the salt road

Quieter, flatter, hotter, and far less booked. White sand at San Vito lo Capo, the salt pans at Marsala turning pink at six, and the Egadi islands a ferry ride offshore. The half of Sicily most visitors never reach.

Our story

Twenty-two years, one island

Sicily4u began in 2004 with a small handful of houses and a long list of family connections. Two decades on, we still inspect every villa ourselves, still answer the phone ourselves, and still believe the right house changes the shape of a holiday.

We are not a portal. We are a small specialist team who book what we would book for our own families.

Send a few notes — group size, dates, the kind of week you're after — and we will come back inside one working day with two or three houses you might love. If it is easier to talk, the number goes to a person, not a queue.
